2012–2015
MNS EVENTS
Co-founded a youth-led event concept and helped scale it into multi-room productions. It taught me early that ideas only work when teams, timings and practical details are owned.
2014–2017
LOKERSE FEESTEN
Started on the Red Bull Elektropedia stage and later moved into backstage and artist hospitality. I learned how much discretion, timing and clear communication matter in a major festival environment.
2021
SCHWEPPES
Commercial and brand-activation work where guest experience and practical execution had to meet. A useful lesson in staying service-minded without losing the operational picture.
FLANDERS CLASSICS
Supported event projects and practical planning during a professional internship. It showed me how a larger production structure is prepared and followed up.
SPORTING LOKEREN
Four years of high-volume match-day bar operations and hospitality. Fast teamwork, guest flow and staying useful when the pressure peaks.

I’m Alexander Laureys, a freelance event professional with roots in live events, festivals, nightlife and hospitality.
I work best where planning, communication and hands-on execution need to come together: from pre-production and on-site coordination to backstage, crew and venue flow. My approach is practical, calm and clear, especially when the pressure rises.
